Ashley Fitch

Director

Ashley Fitch is a Director on the Value-Based Care Operations and Strategy team at Coral Health Advisors. She brings a background in executive leadership, healthcare transformation, and extensive experience in health system operations and complex problem-solving.

Prior to joining Coral, Ashley served as Vice President of Professional Services and Community Impact at Findhelp, where she established and led a department focused on delivering high-value strategic consulting and support services. Previously, she was Senior Director of Community Health Innovations and Partnerships at Mount Sinai Health System. In that role, she was responsible for developing the enterprise strategy and innovative programs to identify and address social drivers of health, improve population health outcomes, and drive more efficient use of resources for attributed populations. She was also a primary lead on ambulatory care standardization efforts for patients with chronic conditions.

Before her time at Mount Sinai, Ashley served as Director of a Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program at a national nonprofit focused on building community–clinic partnerships to address food insecurity and improve clinical outcomes.

Ashley holds an M.S. in Healthcare Delivery Leadership from the Icahn School of Medicine, an M.A. in Agriculture and Food Systems from New York University, and a B.A. in Literature from Kenyon College.
