Emily Patterson is a value-based care professional with expertise in health policy research and data analytics. At RTI International, she supported implementation of alternative payment models and evaluation of Medicaid waivers for CMS. She is experienced at translating data into evidence-based insights to transform care and cost. Emily holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins and a BA from St. Olaf College.
