Heidi Kahle is a Senior Consultant with Coral Health Advisors, bringing more than a decade of experience advancing health policy, population health initiatives, and programs that improve outcomes for patients and communities. Her work spans federal and state health agencies, philanthropy, and research institutions, with a focus on translating complex policy and programmatic challenges into actionable strategies.

Prior to joining Coral, Heidi served as a consultant at Deloitte, where she supported federal and state health clients in program management, strategic communications, technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. Her experience includes working on programs that address upstream drivers of health and strengthen systems that serve vulnerable populations.

Most recently, Heidi led program communications for value-based care pilots at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and previously conducted state health policy research at The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rice University.
